But to show you, that I missed you also, here are some photos of the retail space I designed for one of my favorites in the Garden and beyond, the über talented and the Garden's only Chocolatier, Adam Turoni.
Mind you, I don't say "the Garden's only Chocolatier" lightly, for in fact there are others peddling what amounts to wax dipped in chocolate or pseudo wannabes but none, I assure you, compare the to the latent & fact that Adam Turoni of Chocolat by Adam Turoni is the only one who conceives and makes everything you discover in his gorgeous (yes dahhing I complemented myself, Obvio!) atelier (period!).
This spring he will be featured in an upcoming book, a guide of best places in the Garden, he will be featured in the March issue of Southern Living and starting in March 2013 he will begin to offer his creations though the great Habersham, SC (Beaufort) group: SILO (Sea Islands Local Outlet. Their mission is "to provide locally sourced food to Beaufortonians and educate them about where and how the food they eat is produced. Just as a silo in agriculture is used to store large amounts of feed or grain until it is ready to be distributed, Beaufort’s SILO is a place where a large variety of local food will be brought, stored and distributed to local residents. In essence, it is a local grocer with two shopping methods: the online farmers market and the shopfront".) at their shopfront location in the breathtaking community of Habersham Village in Beaufort, SC. If you have never seen this community overlooking the marsh, you must! Dahhling its gorgeous, and while you are there collect some chocolate truffles!

and don't fret dahhing, should you be unable to make a trip to either his Chocolate atelier in the garden at 323 West Broughton St, Savannah, GA or to the Habersham Marketplace in Beaufort, SC, he has an online Chocolate Store that you can order from (http://www.etsy.com/shop/ChocolatbyAdamTuroni) and not only get a little taste of the Garden but as I always say: Demand Instant Gratification! no?
Until soonest...
